Founded in 2008, Shenzhen Compoly Electronic Co., Ltd has been manufacturing pedometers, timers, speakers, and digital skipping ropes for over 15 years. We have been working with many OEM brands such as PF, Coca-Cola, Bayer, Nestle, DS, etc.

We have ISO 9001:2009- and Coca-cola-certified factories covering 5,500 square meters in total, with around 150 to 200 employees that allow us to turn out 600,000 pieces monthly. We have three R&D centers with five R&D engineers, wherein most of them have 15 years of experience. They develop new charger series every quarter as well as provide OEM and ODM services. Our sample lead time is three to seven days. Furthermore, because of their hard work and commitment to innovation, we currently hold several design and technology patents.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We always pay attention to controlling the quality from the first step when we develop a new product with customers. We have an in-house test machine to check the color, raw material, and packaging.
Quality Control Procedures
The basic quality control procedures are as below. 1. Conduct predictive problem assessment and potentially destructive product testing during sample development. 2. PP meeting before mass production. 3. IQC, IPQC, and FQC help to control the quality during each production procedure. 4. In-house QA spot-checking report to customers after the goods are ready and in the English version. 5. The 3rd party test according to customer's demand takes "Quality is Life" as our production standard and purpose.
